Salesforce provides Bonnell with a complete picture of all customer interactions, documents sales, and customer data, allowing us to organize and prioritize opportunities and facilitate collaboration between various teams.

Training sessions will occur for each training module shown below. Each training module includes:

  • Change impact analysis
  • Module objectives that require demonstrated competency for Go-Live
  • Group pop quiz questions
  • QRGs as step-by-step references and video demos

Every individual that attends a training module training session must complete the knowledge check document either through self-service (Click Here) or scheduled simulation (Click Here).
